There were beautiful little and spotless rooms. The location offered was marvellous and good right by the beach.

Stayed here for one night and can recommend it.

The location is perfect for exploring the area, and the staff were friendly, cute us with helpful tips. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, and amenities such as hot water could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

The lovely couple running the place made my delayed stay feel special, and I truly appreciated the warm atmosphere despite not being able to stay as planned.

Awful smell, unsafe conditions!!! Damp walls, untidy and unclean rooms!!! Staff refusing communication about issues!!! Deplorable maintenance with visible damage everywhere!!! Noise disturbances from unruly guests!!! Truly a regrettable experience!!!

Fabulous hosts & comfy stay!

Laura and Jo are super nice and really do everything to. Our room was clean and comfy, and the price was really good. The location couldn't be better for exploring Blackpool! Just wished there was a more private bathroom situation, but the shared toilet was alright for a couple of nights.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the seafront and several attractions such as the Blackpool Tower and the Pleasure Beach. The rooms were tidy, providing a cozy atmosphere to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were welcoming and offered helpful tips about local sights. It was a great place to unwind after a busy day.

The room was cozy, and I loved the little corner seating area perfect. The friendly staff were really nice. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and local eateries!

The only downside was the shared bathroom, which could get busy at times.

Great location, friendly vibe

I stayed for 2 nights in a Double Room with Shared Toilet. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short stroll from the seafront, and the atmosphere was cute with friendly staff who made check-in easy. The room itself was tidy and met my needs well, but it could benefit from some updates in decor to feel more inviting.

The location near the beach is a plus, awesome for easy access to local attractions and eateries. Rooms come outfitted with basic accommodations that could suffice for short stays.

Moldy flooring and ripped carpets indicate serious lack of upkeep, which can. The strong smell of cannabis permeates the air, challenging comfort levels-even the door lock didn't function properly, raising safety concerns. Finding stains on bedding and a yellowing mattress adds to frustrations, rendering the place better suited for short visits than longer stays.

The location is spot on, just a hop away from fab spots like Harry's Chicken & Pizza Bar and Bloomfield Chippy, proper tasty! Plus, the friendly staff were there to help when we arrived.

Unfortunately, no heating or hot water was a bummer. We even found a sock by the bed and cobwebs everywhere! The area felt unsafe with the front door left unlocked and loud music echoing into the wee hours.
